Designing an innovative educational and cultural hub that seamlessly integrates learning, sports, and community spaces into a single, cohesive architectural system. The project had to address sustainability, inclusivity, and urban integration while creating a vibrant, recognizable landmark where form, color, and functionality work together to inspire students and visitors alike.

the solution
The project reimagines classic “building blocks” (regoli) as a modular architectural language, with distinct volumes for each function, defined by their colors: red for the energetic primary school, blue for the reflective library and auditorium, and green for the nature-connected gym.
Designed to meet LEED/NZEB certifications, the complex combines high-performance eco-friendly materials, solar shading, and cutting-edge systems to minimize environmental impact. Its strategic urban layout—connecting the existing middle school, public spaces, and nearby park—creates an open educational ecosystem where architecture and pedagogy merge into a dynamic, sustainable community asset.
