the challenge
to transform large public offices and corporate buildings across Italy into a nationwide network of public co-working hubs, especially in smaller towns and rural areas. The goal: to foster innovation, digital inclusion, and social cohesion through scalable, sustainable, and phygital spaces aligned with the identity and values of the client.

the solution
introducing the èco)) concept: a new generation of smart, flexible environments designed to host professionals, entrepreneurs, associations, and citizens.
These multifunctional spaces feature modular layouts, mobile furnishings, touch-based info points, ambient sensors, RFID-enabled workstations, smart booking systems, and interactive LED walls.
The design blends Italian warmth and domesticity with sustainability and technological dynamism, using recyclable materials, soft forms, and a visual language inspired by the 1960s—an era of progress and creativity.
A new public ecosystem where you work well, and live even better.
