the challenge
a new exhibition concept to display and enrich the characteristics of the Lancia brand by emphasising Italian elegance and style for the world premiere presentation of the new Thesis.

the solution
we designed a curved glass sail to create a scenographic backdrop to the sloping platform housing the preview car and divide the exhibition space. The project included the insertion of four “ateliers” within the area to show the public some of Italy’s typical craft and artistic excellences: a marble sculptor, a luthier, leatherwork and a model maker. The materials for the stand were enriched with marble, mosaic and wood inserts and a moulded glass backdrop. The same set-up was re-assembled for the Frankfurt and Paris shows.
