the challenge
designing the interiors and the workstations for the 2,200 workers on the 42 floors of the new building in a unique and innovative way .

the solution
the project was assigned with a public tender procedure, which we won thanks to our innovative arrangement of spaces, based on the concept of an advanced and technological open space, equipped with large, specialized and flexible support areas.
we have dealt with all aspects related to the presence of different work styles and workers of different cultures and ages, smart working, a better balance between life and work and, in general, a better economic-environmental-cultural-physical sustainability and, last but not least, the necessary aesthetic representation and internal communication of the values of the client.
